While we all deal with the effects of coronavirus (Covid-19), we want to keep you posted on what we are doing at The Dentist. Our priority here at The Dentist is to ensure the health and safety of all of our patients and staff members. However, we want to be able to continue to provide our services as normally as possible.

  • As always, we are thoroughly cleaning the practice and surgeries, we are paying extra attention to all surfaces such as door handles, bathrooms and tables all of which are cleaned every morning, throughout the day and at night.
  • In return, we ask you to make use of the hand sanitisers located throughout the practice and bathroom to wash your hands.
  • If you’re feeling under the weather, specifically; a high temperature (37.8 degrees and above) or a new continuous cough; for the safety of everyone we ask you to please re-arrange your appointment until you have self-isolated according to Government guidelines and are feeling better. Please note, this directive applies to our team members too. 
  • There will be flexibility on our cancellation policy, allowing you to move any pre-booked appointment free of charge to a later date. This can be arranged by telephone with our reception team.

If you need to self isolate and cancel your appointment please call us to rearrange to a later date.

You do not need to call NHS 111 to go into self-isolation. If your symptoms worsen during home isolation or are no better after 7 days, contact NHS 111 online. If you have no internet access, call NHS 111. For a medical emergency dial 999.
